Returns and Exchanges

Products purchased through our online store may be exchanged within the first 15 days after receiving the product by attaching your proof of purchase. To coordinate the return, please contact us at soy@divinamusa.com .

Important: The cost of returning the product will be borne by the customer; the shipping of the new accessory purchased will be paid by Divina Musa. Likewise, the accessory must be unused and in perfect condition with all its labels.

 When making the exchange, the new product must not have a lower price than the one already purchased.

* WITHDRAWAL: In the event that the customer wishes to have their money refunded, they may request it within the first 10 business days after delivery of the product.
