    Returns and Exchanges


    Products purchased through our online store may be exchanged within the first 15 days after receiving the product, by attaching proof of purchase. To coordinate the return, please contact us at soy@divinamusa.com or to our Whatsapp +573007415847.


    Important: Return shipping costs for the product will be the customer's responsibility; shipping costs for the new accessory purchased will be paid by Divina Musa (Colombia only). For international exchanges, shipping costs will be the customer's responsibility. The accessory must also be unused and in perfect condition with all tags attached.


     When making the exchange, the new product must not be less expensive than the one already purchased.

    * WITHDRAWAL: In the event that the customer wishes to receive a refund, they may request it within the first 10 business days after delivery of the product.

    Likewise, the accessory must be unused and in perfect condition with all its labels.
